Hello Andy:The fixed area is maintained in the delivery plan at the position level. Below is the menu path. Item > Other functions > Additional dataYou can see a sub-screen called “Scheduling control” in which the fixed area can be maintained in days. If your business zone is 10 days from the current date, enter 10 here. This is not the same as the planning fence on the trunk. Based on calendar parameters (we have a 5-day plantland, if our planning close is 65 days, we also count the weekend days and insert 91 days in the fixed area and in the scheduled delivery fields). We use Sch.agr.type LPA and it is enabled for output documentation (ME84). Each time versions are created, the date of the fixed area is filled in the EKEK table. You can use agr.type LP, which does not need output documentation and therefore did not fill in the EK field. You may then be able to try to catecute the planning close from the material rod and add the number of days to the current date, and then perform the validation for that date instead of the EC date.
Not sure if you can keep a fixed area for LP agr.type. Maybe someone else could fix that. Best regards, it was in KONP, but there is no link field for each delivery plan. Below you will find the standard documentation available and some details about the fields that make up this table.
